Your firm likely has a series of employee benefits or situations where time is logged to a non-billable event, meaning that you will not be invoicing a client for this time.

Common examples include:

  • Family Leave Time
  • Paid Time Off
  • Sick Leave
  • Holidays
  • Licensure Training

Within Monograph you'll adjust these Overhead Categories to reflect your company and allow your employees to record their non-productive time (leaves) and expenses (allowances).

Creating Overhead Categories

1. Click on SETTINGS on the top main menu

2. Open Timesheets tab, and navigate to the Overhead section.

3. Give a name to the new overhead and click on Create.
